The Planet Wobble software is a series of 18 leveled books and connected activities designed to improve early reading and writing skills in young and developing readers. The Planet Wobble series focuses on increasing fluency through:

·      Whole word support and the repetition of essential high-frequency words,

·      Developing independent readers with the help of animated Clicker talking books, and

·      Increasing comprehension and writing skills through extensive practice and reinforcement of word, sentence, and text level activities.

The Planet Wobble series is divided into three levels, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Each level has six books. Students are introduced to Planet Wobble in the Level 1 Book, At Wobble Beach, and the end the series reading about The Wobblit, a 16-page Level 3 book.

The books in Level 1 include: At Wobble Beach, At Wobble Park, At Wobble Pool, At Wobble Hospital, At Wobble Market, and At Wobble School. Each book in Level 1 has eight pages and is designed to develop familiarity with the structure of books and with the Planet Wobble characters. Level 1 books and activities have repeated sentence structures and provide strong visual clues.
