The First Author Writing Curriculum was explicitly made for students with autism and other complex needs. With First Author, educators can teach beginning writing skills to students. The first Author helps prepare students for the alternate assessment (including DLM, STAAR, and NCSC). The curriculum features comprehensive writing instruction, assessment, standards-based IEP goals, classroom management, and accommodation strategies.
